We believe that frequent personal contact is necessary to give the overall service we aim for. Today, much of our work requires tight deadlines. As jobs become more demanding and ever more complex, the time cycle for the proofs and final delivery is always shrinking. The following Supports and Downloads will assist you with preparation.

To ensure your job will move efficiently, we ask that you submit your files according to our specification. Please visit the links below or contact you Account Manager for more information.

Preparing Your Files for Submission

In order to ensure clear information and files are provided, we suggest you use this checklist before submission. By conducting your own check before submission you can avoid delays associated with 'missing elements' or improperly formatted information.

  1. Are your page settings properly specified?
  2. Have you supplied all necessary files?
  3. Have you supplied original sources for images and graphics?
  4. Have you identified all the fonts for the job?
  5. Have you clearly marked, cropped and provided size information for any image that we will be scanning?
  6. Have you converted all your colours?
  7. Have the file bleeds been set correctly?
  8. Have you included a full size proof of you files?
  9. Have you labeled everything correctly?
  10. Have you proof read all of the work you are submitting?
